Founded in 2001 we have been the leader in Culvert Rehabilitation offering a "NO DIG" alternative to remove and replace for over the last 25 years.

Our Story

Provincial Underground Services Inc. specializes in Slip Lining of Culverts which offers a cost effective solution for Culverts in distress on high travelled roads or at great depths and utility issues. Slip Lining offers a 100 year design life in most situations.

Based in Central Ontario Provincial Underground Service Inc. covers the majority of the Province having completed projects from Thunder Bay to Ottawa and Timmins to the GTA.

Provincial Underground Services Inc. is experienced in multiple Slip Lining methods including Multi Plate, Tunnel Plate, GRP (Glass Reinforced Pipe). CSP (Corrugated Steel Pipe), HDPE (High Density Polyethylene Pipe) using both Standard Bell and Spigot or Threaded Pipe.

Our Staff has experience installing over 1800 Culvert Liners throughout the Province using OPSS 1840 HDPE, 1842 HDPE, 1843 Polypropylene as well as Steel and Fibreglass Materials.

In 2014 Provincial Underground Services Inc. introduced our Portable Cellular Grouting Plant, which allows us to produced and pump Cellular Grout anywhere in the Province, even in the most remote areas. This allows Provincial Underground to complete a liner in its entirety quickly and efficiently without the need for outside services.
